GetSetGo 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway – Terms & Conditions 


Promoter: MCL Insurance Services (Ireland) Ltd. trading as GetSetGo.ie (“GetSetGo”) 
Regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. 
Terms & Conditions apply. 


These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the GetSetGo 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway (the “Competition”). 
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

1. Eligibility 

1.1 The Competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over
1.2 To enter, participants must follow the official GetSetGo Facebook or Instagram page
1.3 Employees of GetSetGo (MCL Insurance Services (Ireland) Ltd.), their immediate families, household members, and anyone professionally connected to the Competition are not eligible
1.4 Influencers, brand partners, and members of the public may enter. 
1.5 Entries made using fake profiles, spam accounts, bots, or multiple identity profiles may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion. 
1.6 Win Back Your Premium – up to €500 (Day 6 & Day 12) is open only to current, active GetSetGo car insurance policyholders at the time of the draw. 

2. How to Enter 

2.1 The Competition runs for 12 individual daily giveaways over the Promotional Period. 
2.2 Each day, a prize will be announced on the official GetSetGo Facebook and Instagram pages. 
2.3 To enter a daily prize draw, participants must: 
• Like the daily competition post; 
• Share the post (on Facebook) or Share to Instagram Stories (Instagram); 
• Tag at least one friend in the comments. 
2.4 Each tagged friend counts as one entry. Participants may submit multiple entries by tagging multiple friends. 
2.5 No purchase is required except for the Win Back Your Premium prize, which is restricted to existing customers. 

3. Daily Entry Windows 

3.1 Each daily competition opens at time of posting and closes at 23:59 on the same day. 
3.2 Entries do not carry over. Each day constitutes a separate prize draw. 
3.3 Winners will be announced on the following day (or Monday for Friday posts). 

4. Winner Selection 

4.1 All eligible entries received before the daily deadline will be entered into a random draw. 
4.2 Winners will be selected using CommentPicker or a similar randomised selection tool. 
4.3 Winners will be announced via a public post on GetSetGo’s social media pages. 
4.4 Winners must claim their prize within 24 hours of announcement by following the instructions provided. 
4.5 If a winner does not claim in 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize
4.6 No redraw will occur. 

5. Prizes 

5.1 A different prize is available each day. A full list of prizes is provided in the “Daily Prize Terms” section. 
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items. 
5.3 Some prizes are fulfilled by third-party providers (e.g., Sweete, Amazon, Just Eat, Experience Day partners). Such prizes are subject to the third party’s specific terms and conditions. 
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. 

6. Win Back Your Premium – up to €500 (Day 6 & Day 12) 

6.1 The Win Back Your Premium prize provides a credit of up to €500 towards a single GetSetGo car insurance premium. 
6.2 The winner must be an existing active GetSetGo car insurance customer at the time of the draw. 
6.3 The credit must be used within 365 days of the prize being awarded. 
6.4 Maximum credit value: €500
6.5 All policies remain subject to the Promoter’s underwriting criteria
6.6 The prize is applied at renewal or mid-term adjustment, but does not guarantee a free policy. If the winner’s premium exceeds €500, the remaining balance must be paid by the winner. 

7. European Return Flight Prizes (Day 3 & Day 11) 

7.1 The European Flight prizes are fulfilled and administered by Sweete and are subject to Sweete’s full Terms & Conditions, reproduced verbatim in Annex 1
7.2 By claiming this prize, winners accept all terms outlined in Annex 1. 
7.3 Flights cannot be exchanged for cash, upgraded, or transferred, and availability is limited. 
7.4 Winners must follow all booking instructions provided by Sweete. 

8. Experience Day Vouchers (Day 5 & Day 8) 

8.1 Experience Day vouchers are fulfilled by Sweete and participating third-party providers. 
8.2 All experiences are subject to Sweete Experience Day Terms & Conditions, as included in the uploaded document. 
8.3 Availability, locations, restrictions, and booking rules are subject to the Experience Day provider. 
8.4 GetSetGo is not responsible for cancellations or changes made by the Experience Day supplier. 

9. Liability 

9.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for: 
• Entries not received due to technical issues; 
• Third-party fulfilment errors; 
• Travel restrictions or cancellations; 
• Changes to experience availability; 
• Inability of the winner to avail of any prize. 
9.2 Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or disappointment arising from participation. 

10. Data Protection 

10.1 No personal data is collected by GetSetGo for general entry. 
10.2 Winner data is required solely for prize fulfilment. 
10.3 Data will be processed in accordance with the GetSetGo Privacy Policy: 
https://www.getsetgo.ie/privacy 
10.4 Winner initials may be published for transparency in line with ASAI guidelines. 

11. General 

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Competition at any time. 
11.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. 
11.3 The Promoter’s decision is final. 
11.4 By entering, participants confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 


DAY 1 – Five €20 Amazon Gift Vouchers 

Prize: 5 winners will each receive a €20 Amazon.co.uk digital gift voucher. 

Prize Terms: 
• Winners must be ROI residents aged 18+. 
• Prize delivered via email. 
• Voucher is issued by Amazon and subject to Amazon’s standard gift card terms. 
• No cash alternative. 
• GetSetGo is not responsible for Amazon platform issues or redemption problems. 

DAY 2 – Two Pairs of Cinema Tickets 

Prize: 2 winners will each receive 2 cinema tickets (one pair). 

Prize Terms: 
• Tickets are fulfilled by Sweete and subject to Sweete’s cinema voucher Terms & Conditions. 
• Winners must be ROI residents aged 18+. 
• Tickets may be subject to seat availability, cinema location options, and redemption deadlines. 
• No cash alternative. 
• GetSetGo is not responsible for screening cancellations, sold-out showings, or cinema restrictions.  

DAY 3 – One Return European Flight (for 1 person) 

Prize: 1 winner will receive a Return European Flight to one of the approved European destinations listed in Sweete’s T&Cs. 

Prize Terms: 
• Prize is administered by Sweete and subject to Sweete’s full flight Terms & Conditions (Annex 1)
• Winner must be ROI resident aged 18+. 
• Flights are subject to availability, airline restrictions, and blackout dates. 
• Winner must follow Sweete’s booking steps and accept all travel terms. 
• No cash alternative. 
• Travel insurance, baggage fees, and other costs are the responsibility of the winner. 
• GetSetGo is not liable for travel disruptions. 

DAY 4 – Four €15 Just Eat Vouchers 

Prize: 4 winners will each receive a €15 Just Eat digital voucher. 

Prize Terms: 
• Voucher delivered via email. 
• Valid for Just Eat Ireland orders only. 
• Subject to Just Eat’s normal terms. 
• No cash alternative. 

DAY 5 – Two €50 Experience Day Vouchers 

Prize: 2 winners will each receive one €50 Experience Day voucher. 

Prize Terms: 
• Prize fulfilled by Sweete Experience Days & participating providers. 
• Subject to all Experience Day Terms & Conditions
• Voucher may only be used with participating experiences and selected locations. 
• Some activities may have age, availability, weather, or seasonal restrictions. 
• No cash alternative. 
• Additional charges for upgrades or supplements are the responsibility of the winner. 
• GetSetGo is not responsible for experience cancellations or availability issues. 

DAY 6 – Win Back Your Premium – up to €500 (Existing Customers Only) 

Prize: 1 winner receives up to €500 credit towards their GetSetGo car insurance premium. 

Prize Terms: 
• Winner must be an existing, active GetSetGo car insurance customer at time of draw. 
• Up to €500 credit applied to next renewal or mid-term adjustment. 
• Prize valid for 365 days
• If premium exceeds €500, winner pays the difference. 
• All policies remain subject to underwriting criteria. 
• Non-transferable, no cash alternative. 

DAY 7 – Five €20 Amazon Gift Vouchers 

(Same as Day 1) 

Prize: 5 × €20 Amazon vouchers. 

Prize Terms: 
• Same as Day 1. 

DAY 8 – Two €50 Experience Day Vouchers 

Prize: Same structure as Day 5. 

Prize Terms: 
• Voucher fulfilled via Sweete Experience Days. 
• Subject to Experience Day Terms & Conditions.  
• No cash alternative. 
• Provider availability, location choice, and activity restrictions apply. 

DAY 9 – Four €15 Just Eat Vouchers 

(Same as Day 4) 

DAY 10 – Two Pairs of Cinema Tickets 

Prize: Same as Day 2. 

Prize Terms: 
• Cinema vouchers delivered via Sweete. 
• Subject to Sweete’s cinema voucher Terms & Conditions. 
• No cash alternative. 

DAY 11 – One Return European Flight (for 1 person) 

(Same as Day 3) 

DAY 12 – Win Back Your Premium – up to €500 (Existing Customers Only)

Free Return European Flight Voucher – Terms & Conditions

  1. This Perk entitles the bearer to a Free Return European Flight Voucher. This promotion is operated and administered by Sweete Ltd. in conjunction with travel partner Best4Travel, TA 0634.

  2. This Promotion is open to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 years and over.

  3. The free European return flight voucher entitles the bearer to one return economy flight for one adult, including airport taxes and charges, to one of the following destinations:

Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan, Paris.

  1. You must provide an email address and mobile number on your flight application form.

  2. Only one free return flight voucher may be used per person, per household, and per booking.
    Multiple voucher holders cannot travel together.

  3. Customers may bring additional passengers at a set rate of €99 for a return flight plus airport taxes and charges.

  4. Only one flight application form may be enclosed per envelope/email.

  5. A minimum of 45 days advance notice from the date you submit your application must be provided before the requested first month of travel.
    The lead traveller must be 18+ at the time of applying.
    A maximum stay of 30 days applies.

  6. Customers will be contacted within 30 business days of receipt of their application with date options based on the application.

  7. Flight applications must be submitted within 30 days of the voucher issue date.
    Travel must be completed by the “valid for travel until” date on the voucher (voucher valid for 6 months).
    Applications submitted after these deadlines cannot be processed.

  8. You must provide three different destinations AND three different months of travel.
    Applications that do not follow this rule cannot be processed.

  9. Flights depart from Dublin.
    Other airports may be available at a supplement.
    Some routes may involve non-direct flights or short stopovers.

  10. The voucher holder will be contacted with an available flight option and must confirm within 24 hours.
    Flights cannot be held and are subject to availability.
    Failure to confirm requires re-checking availability.

  11. Once a flight has been booked and confirmed, no amendments can be made.
    Any monies paid cannot be refunded.

  12. Free flight bookings do not include optional extras such as:
    • seat selection
    • priority boarding
    • checked luggage
    • other airline charges

Online check-in applies.
Passport details must be provided for boarding passes.

  1. The offer is not valid for travel during:
    • 18 December – 4 January
    • Easter
    • school & college mid-terms
    • bank holidays

  2. Additional supplements must be paid in full at the time of booking (charged by K&L Gift House).

  3. Cancellations & No-Shows:
    €25 per person for cancellations.
    €85 per person for no-shows.

  4. All application instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions.

  5. Original vouchers only.
    Defaced/photocopied/damaged vouchers will not be accepted.
    Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Cash value €0.001c.

  6. The Promoter/Administrator cannot be held responsible for:
    • changes to flight schedules
    • route cancellations
    • destination changes
    • or the need to use alternative suppliers

  7. There is no guarantee that requested destinations or dates will be available.

  8. The voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the named recipient.

  9. Proof of postage is not acceptable as proof of receipt.
    Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

  10. Travel insurance is strongly advised for all passengers.

  11. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure passport/visa requirements are met, including 6 months validity after return.

  12. Once booked, your contract is with the airline.
    Changes/cancellations by the airline must be handled with Sweete Customer Care.

  13. Airline promotional fares may be available at the same time. Customers should check before redeeming a voucher.

  14. Exchange rates used by a credit card issuer are outside the Promoter/Administrator’s responsibility.

  15. The Promoter/Administrator is not responsible for goods/services supplied by third parties.

  16. The voucher may only be used through Sweete and Best4Travel.
    Once issued, GetSetGo.ie is not involved in the booking or enjoyment of the flight.

  17. Personal data is required for booking.
    Sweete will only use data for purposes stated in these terms and will delete data after check-in is completed.

  18. The Promoter’s decision is final.

  19. The Promoter/Administrator may cancel the promotion or amend terms due to fraud, errors, or circumstances beyond their control.

  20. Neither the Promoter nor third-party providers accept responsibility for:
    • incorrect entries
    • data transmission errors
    • system failures
    • network issues
    • or other disruptions beyond control

  21. These terms are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts.

  22. Sweete can only investigate complaints up to 14 days after processing your flight application.
